Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to feel confident paying for an InsureEasy report. This page explains exactly when you can ask for a refund and how quickly we will action it.
1. What you are paying for
When you unlock the full report for a single policy scan (currently ₹99), you receive: every red flag found by our AI, full coverage breakdown, exclusions and waiting periods, the cashless / claim contact card, "Better Alternatives" recommendations, jargon decoder, and a downloadable PDF copy of the analysis.
2. Eligibility for refund
You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if:
The report failed to generate due to a technical issue on our side.
The AI marked the analysis as low confidence and our retry mechanism did not produce a usable result.
You were double-charged for the same policy scan.
The payment went through but your account never showed the full report unlocked, and our support team is unable to fix it within 48 hours.
3. When refunds are NOT available
Once we have successfully delivered a full report — meaning the AI analysis is marked as completed with a normal confidence level and you have viewed or downloaded it — the payment is considered consumed. Subjective dissatisfaction with the analysis (for example, disagreeing with how a clause was scored) does not qualify for a refund, but we are always happy to review your case and re-run the analysis for free.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@insureeasy.in from the same address you used to sign in. Include:
Your scan id (available on the report page or in the email receipt).
Razorpay payment id (starts with pay_).
A short note explaining the issue.
We acknowledge every refund request within 1 business day. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and net-banking refunds are usually faster (1–3 business days); credit card refunds depend on the issuing bank.
5. Cancellation of an in-flight payment
If you closed the browser mid-payment or never landed back on the results page, our Razorpay webhook will still settle the payment and unlock your scan automatically. If you would like to cancel an unfinished payment instead, contact us within 30 minutesand we will void the order before it settles.
6. Subscription policy
InsureEasy is currently a pay-per-scan product — there are no recurring subscriptions. If we introduce subscription tiers in the future, this policy will be updated to clearly state the cancellation window.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card details never touch InsureEasy servers — Razorpay holds them on a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified vault.
